Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Volunteer as a Coach

Middleton Youth Hockey reimburses coaches for the costs of their required certifications at the end of the hockey season. For questions, please email registrar@middletonyouthhockey.com

Student Coaches

This is a free registration.

Try Hockey For Free!

This is a free program.

Gear Rental (3-8 years)

There are no refunds on gear rentals. Your deposit, minus any fees, will be returned to you when the gear is returned to MYH. Missing items will reduce the amount of the deposit returned to you. For questions, please contact gear@middletonyouthhockey.com.

3-6 Learn to Play

Refunds will be considered by the Middleton Youth Hockey Board on a case-by-case basis. Questions should be emailed to the Age Level Director for our Learn to Play program at LTP@middletonyouthhockey.com.

6U Termites

Middleton Youth Hockey considers refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your Age Level Director (ALD) or info@middletonyouthhockey.com to request a refund.

Hometown Hockey (8-14 years)

MYH considers refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please email president@middletonyouthhockey.com for more information.

8U Mites

Refunds will be considered by the Middleton Youth Hockey Board on a case-by-case basis. Questions should be emailed to the Age Level Director for your program at mites@middletonyouthhockey.com.

10U Squirts

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Middleton Youth Hockey Board. Any questions should be emailed to the Age Level Director for your child's program: squirts@middletonyouthhockey.com

10U Girls Mavericks

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email president@middletonyouthhockey.com for details.

12U Peewees

Middleton Youth Hockey considers refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your Age Level Director (ALD) or president@middletonyouthhockey.com to request a refund.

14U Bantams

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Middleton Youth Hockey Board. Any questions should be emailed to the Age Level Director for your child's program: bantams@middletonyouthhockey.com *Should a high-school-aged bantam player move to the high school team in November, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis.

Goalies

This is a free registration to help keep track of MYH goalie training opportunities.

18U Eagles Co-op

Details available via Verona Youth Hockey.

Jumpstart! (for new 7-12s)

The MYH Board considers refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Off-Season Programs

Any refund is situational and determined by the MYH Board upon request.
