Middleton Youth Hockey is a Tier-2 youth ice hockey club for families in the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District. Our goal is to help kids fall in love with the great game of hockey. We strive to cultivate our kids into positive leaders through the mastery of life lessons found within the game of ice hockey. We offer high-quality developmental and competitive hockey programs for players 3- to 18-years-old.

Our mission is to help kids fall in love with hockey. From there, we work to develop, promote, and sustain positive youth hockey experiences for players of all ages and skill levels so children can experience continuous growth and make a positive impact.



We believe that participation in youth ice hockey strengthens the bonds between our friends, our families, and our community. Our players develop into stronger leaders who practice our core values of effort, teamwork, and joy in their daily lives.

Sort of! We want kids to try hockey because we suspect they'll love it. If your brand-new skater is 10-years-old or younger, we offer their first session (typically around 2 months long) for free!

To access this discount, we ask that you reach out to the appropriate Age-Level Director based upon your skater's age. Tell them a little bit about your family & potential skater and they'll tell you a bit about our programs and send you a discount code.

Additionally, Middleton Youth Hockey also has a great (and affordable) gear rental program for skaters 10-years-old and younger.

Middleton Youth Hockey uses USA Hockey's American Development Model (ADM) as a basis for our programming. The American Development Model is a curriculum & player development program that attempts to ensure every youth hockey player will have fun, growth, and success.

By utilizing USA Hockey's ADM hockey associations can provide better skill development, increase player retention, and carry some of the practice-planning weight for coaches.
